TOTAL SCORE:

If you score 12 or more points on this quiz, you are likely to have the Body Blues and would benefit greatly from the LEVITY Program. The higher the score, the more significantly you may be able to improve your mood with the Levity Program, as suggested by the results of the Levity study.

NOTE: If over the past two weeks you are (1) experiencing symptoms of depression that greatly diminish your interest or pleasure in activities, OR (2) feel sad or depressed during most of the day, OR (3) are having a hard time functioning because of depression, you may have a more serious mood problem. Please consult a health care provider. As directed by your health care provider, the Levity Program can still be used in conjunction with other treatments for depression, and may even speed recovery or permit lower doses of antidepressant drugs, but the program is not designed, nor was it tested, as a "stand-alone" treatment for serious depression.
